Many thanks…

Dear Papillon Supporters,

Many thanks to all of you who came to celebrate our new space at the Open House on March 31st. We had donors, funders, friends of participants, neighbors, old participants and future participants join us. Our volunteer librarian, Sandy Larson, helped guests check out books from the newly opened Madison Rose Memorial Library. Julia Alonzo volunteered to manage the bookstore. MaryLou Schaeffer was there to tell guests about her butterfly quilts, which are an important fund raiser for our nonprofit organization. Jeanne Hamilton was there to answer questions about the butterfly tree. Papillon board members were there to help celebrate meeting their goal of finding a more accessible space for Papillon participants.  A special thank you to the volunteers who provided a wonderful array of cookies, beverage dispensers and assistance in telling visitors about Papillon. Thanks also to board member Don Rose for putting up signs to help lead the way to Papillon, and to board member Solomon Terry for the strawberries and being a charming greeter for our guests. All of the support helped make our Open House a success.

With gratitude,

Yvonne Ricketts        and       Carol Meisel
