FOR YOUTH

GOOD GRIEF FOR KIDS AND TEENS

Children’s grief is unique; it continues to change as kids and teens grow and develop.  It needs a voice at all stages so a bereaved child can fully integrate their loss.

Good Grief for Kids and Teens is an age based supportive-educational program for ages 5 to 17 designed to let kids and teens know they are not alone and to give them the tools they need to process their grief through art, storytelling and sharing.  Each session is professionally led by professionals with expertise in children’s grief.

Sessions are once a week for four weeks and offered quarterly. Dinner is provided.  There is no charge to attend, but registration is required.  A parent/guardian session focusing on strategies for supporting youth is included.

SEE EVENTS  OR CALENDAR FOR UPCOMING SESSIONS AND CONTACT OUR OFFICE TO REGISTER
